What the Happy Dog Promise means

We want you and your dog to genuinely love what you bought, and if you don't, we'd rather fix it than argue about it. If something isn't right within 30 days of delivery, for any reason at all, just tell us and we'll work with you until it's sorted. Depending on what's going on, that can mean troubleshooting tips, a replacement, a swap for something that suits your dog better, store credit, or a refund, whatever actually solves it. There's usually nothing to ship back, and we won't make you jump through hoops to be heard. Past the 30 days? Still reach out. We look at every situation on its own and do our best to make it right.

How to reach us

Email support@pogis.com with your order number and a sentence or two on what went wrong. A quick photo helps if something arrived damaged. A real person on our team will get back to you, usually within one business day, and walk through the options with you. No hoops, and nothing to ship back to start the conversation.

Refunds, where they apply

Where we agree a refund is the right outcome, it goes back to your original payment method and typically posts within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. For damaged or incorrect items, we'll send the right product straight away, and you won't need to return the original.

Your consumer rights

The Happy Dog Promise is a voluntary commitment we offer on top of your legal rights, and it doesn't replace or limit them. Nothing in this policy affects any guarantees or remedies you're entitled to under applicable consumer law.
