Refund policy

The Happy Dog Promise. If you or your dog aren't completely happy with your order, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to reach out to us at support@pogis.com.

Opened or used items (wipes, poop bags, training pads). There's nothing to box up or send back. If a product didn't work out, just email support@pogis.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund or a free replacement. Please don't ship used or opened consumables back to us.

Unopened items. If you'd like to return an unopened, unused item in its original packaging, contact us within 30 days and we'll email you a prepaid return label.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email support@pogis.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away. No return required.

How refunds are issued. Once approved, your refund is credited to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days to appear.

Subscriptions. You can skip, reschedule, or cancel any subscription at any time from your account before your next order is processed. Orders that have already shipped are covered by the same 30-day promise above.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards are non-refundable.
